 Our manege is the perfect place to school your horse.
It measures 60m x 30m and has a good quality surface of fibresand with a synthetic rubber topping. This is firm and springy and is ideal for dressage or jumping. All the horses love the surface and work really well on it. The surface is perfect to ride on all year whatever the weather conditions. |

 For lunging, loose work, join-up and generally working and playing with your horse in a safe environment use our Monarch round pen.
The pen has an Equisand surface and full drainage. |

We have a variety of types of stabling as we appreciate that all horses are individuals and prefer different living accomodation. All our stables have lighting and water close by.
|
 We have a newly refurbished barn which is light and airy thanks to the latest in ventilated walls and roof. You and your horse are sheltered from the weather however wild it gets. The barn is fitted with new Monarch stables which are all 12x12 or larger. There is a tack room with ample storage space. The horses in this barn can all see and touch their neighbours through the dividing grilles to maintain the herd feeling. |

 We have a second barn with block built stables (currently awaiting their spring painting, please excuse us) each of which has its own internal storage room. These are very large boxes of approximately 15x16 with three-quarter height walls so that the horses can all see and touch their neighbours in safety. |

 There is also a block of traditional wooden stables for horses who prefer them. All the boxes are well ventilated and are a minimum of 12x12. This yard has a seperate tack room, feed room and rug room. |

 We have 35 acres of good quality grazing which is surrounded by post and rail fencing, hedges or electric tape. There are a mixture of small paddocks for those needing individual or restricted turnout, and larger fields. Horses are turned out in settled groups so that they can establish into proper herds. |

| There is ample space in our surfaced car park for parking lorries and trailers, and for everyone's car when they come to see their horse. The car park is lit on dark evenings so that loading or unloading your horse can be done safely. |

 We try to make owning your horse as easy as possible as we are aware that owners have busy lives. We therefore make bulk purchases of Cushionbed and locally produced best quality rye haylage to ensure that they are on site for you. Also we can include your horse's feed requirements on our bulk feed orders to eliminate the need for frequent trips to the feed merchant. |

 One of our off site facilities is our lovely local hacking. There are quiet lanes, tracks and bridlepaths surrounding us, and even the horses appreciate the views! We are also just a few minutes by box from Cannock Chase with acres of hacking opportunities. |
